Where the mind leads, the body follows.
Hypnobirthing is a prenatal program that helps reduce anxiety and fear of childbirth: gain awareness of your body and birth-related events, for a positive childbirth experience.
The word hypnosis leads us to think of a state of unconsciousness where we have no control, hypnobirthing is exactly the opposite!
It is not a mode of childbirth or a promise of painless childbirth, but a focused state of consciousness and deep relaxation, in which we are in control of our body, our emotions and our surroundings.
Why this course?
My hypnobirthing course is certified with the KGH mark, the leading course in the UK and accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. The course is always growing and updating.
What is it for?
This course will give you all the tools that will help you gain confidence and confidence in your body to better face any situation that will arise and to make decisions that will be right for you.
How does that work?
We address the close mind-body relationship and the physiological processes of childbirth. Through relaxation techniques and practical exercises, fear will naturally be replaced by full awareness and control of your body.
